The Ubiquitous Chip

Glasgow restaurant The Ubiquitous Chip has been given Category B listed status on account of its murals painted by Scottish novelist Alasdair Gray in the 1970s. Gray went on to achieve Leviathan status with his four-part novel Lanark. The Dennis Lee shown in the lower corner is the same Dennis Lee best known to Canadians for his book Alligator Pie. Source.
